Real Estate Is More Than a Career. It’s Home.
I started selling real estate in 1997, and what began as a career quickly became a passion. In 2004, after years of experience helping buyers and sellers throughout the Central Valley, I earned my California Broker’s license and founded Valley Crossings Real Estate.
Today, after nearly three decades in real estate, I still love what I do—and I believe that comes from understanding that a home is about much more than four walls and a roof. It is where people build their lives, create memories, raise families, invest in their future, and sometimes begin a completely new chapter.
My roots are in Linden
My family started out in Stockton and moved to Linden when I was five years old. Linden is home to me.
Growing up in a small agricultural community gave me something I value tremendously in my real estate career: a deep understanding of the people, neighborhoods, communities, and hidden treasures that make the Central Valley special.
I attended Linden schools, as did my husband, our children, and now our grandchild. My husband’s family is also fourth-generation Linden. This is not simply an area where I work—it is the community where my family has lived, grown, and built a life.
Because Linden is small, we have always traveled to surrounding communities for shopping, dining, entertainment, and just about everything else. Over the years, I came to know Stockton, Lodi, Manteca, Modesto, and the many smaller communities and neighborhoods throughout the region extremely well.
And yes, I’ve spent plenty of those years discovering the little places that make the Valley fun—great local restaurants, small shops, hidden treasures, and those wonderful “nooks and crannies” you might never find unless someone who knows the area shows you.
I grew up around homes, projects and creativity
Long before I became a real estate professional, I was fascinated by houses.
I grew up in a home that always seemed to be in some stage of improvement. There were lighting projects, plumbing, room additions, kitchen remodeling, patio covers, barn construction, concrete work, painting, wallpaper, flooring—you name it.
My dad and his friends were masters at figuring out how to get things done. My mom loved gardening and transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful, lush surroundings.
That upbringing gave me an appreciation for something that has served me throughout my real estate career: I notice things.
I developed an interest in architecture, interior design, construction, marketing, and advertising, and eventually all of those interests came together in real estate.
I don't just see a house as a listing. I see its possibilities, its character, its challenges, and the story it could tell to the right buyer.
Experience that goes beyond buying and selling houses
Before real estate, I worked several jobs in my teenage years and early twenties, many of them involving customer service. Those experiences taught me something that has remained the foundation of how I work:
Treat people the way you would want to be treated.
That sounds simple, but I believe it matters enormously when someone is making one of the biggest financial and personal decisions of their life.
Over the past 29 years, I have helped clients through many different chapters of life. I have helped people purchase their first home, find their last home, move into a larger or different home, sell an investment property, purchase land, and navigate the sale of a property following a probate, divorce, or Trust.
I work with a wide range of Central Valley real estate, including single-family homes, rural properties, land, building sites, crop land, condos, investment properties, and vacation properties.
Every transaction is different because every client is different. Sometimes the process is exciting and full of anticipation. Other times, selling or buying a home comes during a difficult transition in someone's life. Experience has taught me how important it is to listen, explain, problem-solve, and remain steady when the unexpected happens.
Why I love the Central Valley
The Central Valley has changed dramatically since I began selling real estate in 1997. Communities have grown, new neighborhoods have emerged, and the way people search for and purchase real estate has evolved tremendously.
But many of the things I love about this area remain.
We have agriculture, open space, established neighborhoods, growing communities, small-town charm, and easy access to some of California's best destinations. From the Central Valley, you can be at the coast in roughly two hours or heading into the high mountains in about the same amount of time.
That combination of lifestyle, location, community, and opportunity is one of the reasons I love helping people discover this area.
Whether you are looking for your first home, a place to raise your family, land to build on, an investment opportunity, a rural property, or simply a place that feels like home, I want to help you find the right fit—not just the next transaction.
A little more about me
I am the Broker and Owner of Valley Crossings Real Estate, and my husband is a retired Fire Captain with the Stockton Fire Department. First responders are very close to my heart, and I appreciate the dedication and sacrifice they make for our communities. I am always interested in helping identify programs and opportunities that provide discounts or benefits to first responders whenever they are available.
My family is active in supporting local charities, the local schools, the Linden Lions Club and many other organizations our clients request that we provide donations to on their behalf when buying or selling. This is a little something extra we do to give back.
After nearly three decades in this business, I still find the greatest reward in helping people.
Real estate has allowed me to meet incredible people, experience countless stories, watch families grow, and be part of some very important moments in people's lives.
This Valley is my home. I know its communities, its neighborhoods, its land, its people—and I genuinely love helping others discover what makes this place special.
If you are thinking about buying or selling Central Valley real estate, I would love the opportunity to help you find your own place in it.
