Paul Castillou Jr.

PO Box 1530/18741 Grace Street
Linden, CA 95236

Paul Castillou Jr. has been licensed in real estate since 2008, but his understanding of homes goes back much further than that. He got his start working plumbing alongside his family's business, then spent years as a firefighter — first with Morada Fire Department, then retiring as a Captain with the Stockton Fire Department. That background gave him a rock-solid work ethic and a genuine understanding of how a house is actually built, piece by piece.

Paul works alongside Libby on showings, research, and walkthroughs, keeping an eye out for the kinds of issues inspectors will flag before they become a problem — and helping sellers get their homes truly ready for market. He has a knack for matching buyers with the home that actually fits them, not just the one that looks good on paper.

Having remodeled his own home and tackled plenty of personal real estate projects along the way, Paul understands construction and maintenance from the ground up — and he genuinely enjoys the challenge. A graduate of Linden High School, he spends his free time golfing, traveling, and holding his own in a game of poker or cribbage. He and his wife have two grown children, two very needy dogs, and a new granddaughter who's already stolen his heart.

Paul knows real estate. More importantly, he knows what makes a home tick.
